**This is only a pre-registration.** Your child will not be officially enrolled until ALL required paperwork has been submitted and verified by the District Registrar. *If you have previously completed an online registration for a child, you will need to create a NEW online registration for the new child - DO NOT add them to your former online registration.* To pre-register your child, please complete the following steps: Step 1: Fully complete a registration packet that is listed below. Complete one (1) registration packet for each child that is being enrolled. The following required documentation will need to be uploaded for each child registered: - Child's proof of age (ie. birth certificate);
- Parent's or Guardian's state-issued photo ID, passport, or government photo identification;
- I proff of current residency for the parent/guardian;
- Child's immunization record;
- Child's current physical from the Dr's office. Dr can fax or email to the building secretary or nurse
- Student registration packet;
- Court orders/documentation (ie: custodial paperwork, etc. if it applies);
Without a court order stating otherwise, both parents listed on the child's birth certificate
will have equal access to the child and their records.
ALL required documents must be COMPLETE and submitted through the online registration
system BEFORE calling the registrar.
Step 2: Click the CONTINUE button on the left and complete the Online Pre-Registration form. This will be a step-by-step process for you to fill in your child's information. You will be required to upload the documents that were listed in Step 1. Step 3: Submit your information and write down your confirmation details.
