Welcome! You will use this site to pre-register your children for Pre-K through 12th grade at Potsdam Central School.

You will need to complete the online pre-registration (click the "Continue" button to the left) and submit the following documentation. You may upload the documents during pre-registration or bring them to the Registrar's office. 

• Birth Certificate
• Parent/Guardian Proof of Identification
• Proof of Residency
• Court Orders/Custody Documentation

You will need to complete the following forms. They may be uploaded during the online pre-registration process or brought to the Registrar's office. 

• Home Language Questionnaire
• Physical form (your doctor may also fax physical information to the Nurse's office)
• Medication Administration form (if your child receives medication during the school day)
• Provider Attestation form (if your child will self-administer medication during the school day)
